i own an 02 sxt and was wondering if srt-4 seats fit this car and also do i have to change the brackets for the seats?

If it's the same body style, I don't see why they wouldn't. SRT-4's could come with either seat type, so I would guess, although I don't know, that the seats could fit but you might need new seat brackets.
