So in have a 2002 dosge neon I just got and the car
could not be driven for 3 years cause the tran had
to be replaced I replaced I drove it works fine bUT
am worried about over heating now should trust
the car . It's has 144,00 miles on car but it ain't over
heating should I trust it

ok so is it over heating or not? yes or no? also if it is not then there is no problem, if you are worried then replace the thermostat.
