My ford 2013 Edge limited has a power hatch. It opens only partial and closes. It also closes partial and then goes back up. What can I do to fix the issue?

The power hatch is not working properly. It will open only partially and then
close by itself. It also closes partial and then goes back up. It is rare that it
does what it is supposed to do.
