Please help

I have a 03 Grand Marquis LS it got struck by
lightning the computer had two bad burn
spots in it I got another one and still won't
crank all the lights on the dash comes on
and there is a clicking in the fuse box under
the hood and I still ain't got no cranking

Well just because you hear a relay click in the fuse box doesn't mean that the relay is working properly

Lightning can damage many things in today's vehicles. Have you tested the battery? Have you identified which relay is clicking in the under hood fuse box?
