Make sure battery has a full charge and battery cables and connections are all good, on all ends, not just at the battery. From the info I looked at, all fuses in underhood fuse block, are hot all the time. Use a test light to check for voltage. Usually a blade type fuse has a bare spot over each leg, so use the test light and touch the bare spot, if voltage, the light comes on. Now, if problem only with ignition feed, have to check feed to and from ignition switch and the ignition switch itself.
