Gas and spark but still wont start

Town and country 02 3.3.I changed the
motor an everything hooked up good. All
the connecters. Surprisingly it started on
the second attempt. It was late so we
turned it off.  The next morning we started
it again an let it idle. Running perfect. It
does an hasn't started since. It's getting
fuel  and spark. Please help!!!

are the injectors firing ? some vehicles are particular about fuel pressure / spark , just having them won't do .
