rusted rear alignment '04 focus - options?

Many thanks! I hoped you would say that!! I had at first just 'accepted' that the life of my car was now limited. And yes, I would love to keep it! I noticed that an undercoating place in NH speaks of a 'restoration' package that eliminated 85-95% of rust for $500 and up. I wonder about doing this, as I probably have other rust too, as another poster mentioned? So can they remove the alignment part and put in a new one? Any general idea what that might cost? I do let my Ford dealer do my work. I'm not sure how this got by them.

ahh, Tom so very glad I asked further! I bought the car used, goodness, 10 years ago. and any warranty was long ago done. I was just sort of hoping that there was some new chemical stuff that could fix cars like they fix chairs on TV. I don’t know what part or parts are rusted. I had the sense that maybe they couldn’t even get at the alignment area.. I am going to call tomorrow to get better info, and to mention that I am sad that they didn’t see it earlier, in time. I had counted on them. again, many many thanks!!
