2012 kia optima gdi turbo

My car leaked out all of its oil after only a few hours It
seems it may be generating from the rear of the motor
under the dash possibly the turbo oil feed line the
passenger side of the car is covered in oil residue is it
possible that all the oil leaked from the tube feed or could
there be more to my problem
