Overheating only when driven...does not overheat when idling. It can idle all day long...but overheats when driven.

My 2003 Neon has had all components replaced...from radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, both fan relays, radiator, and unforntuantely, I have also replaced the water pump and timing belt (Seems like money ill spent right now.)  Regardless, the oil remains clean (no water or antifreeze in oil), but the resevoir bubbles when the car is driven.  It can sit there all day long and idle with no temperature issue.  There are no leaks from the head...but I do have bubbling taking place in the resevoir when the car is driven about 8 to 10 miles.  Any help is appreciated.

I was advised the head was not an issue...not sure now... How do you you check for high cooling system pressure and what would that mean? Again, there is no problem with oil condition and there is no problem with the condition of the coolant. What does the bubbling mean when the engine is under load and the coolant is no longer circulating?
