innaccurate car description

I went to see a car advertised here, and found the listing to be very innaccurate.  
It said the van was EX-L with Nav and DVD, in ready to roll condition.  It does
not have Nav or DVD, and has a cracked windshield and needs brake work.  
Dealer said they didn't realize.  They have updated their listing.  Shouldn't they
do that. Do you guys ever check up on these dealers?

I'm dealing with the same thing - Honda Odyssey 2015 EX-L with Navigation. In reality, there is no navigation. Wonder if it is the same company? Mine is in Ohio.
