honda pilot 2006

my son ran my pilot out of gas and then add more to it . when he stats it is will
run for a little while then shut off.

Immobilizer?

Of there is a green key flashing in tbe dash, immobilizer is at blame (it’s KOing the fuel pump and the engine)
