Need to know y on my 03 Dodge Durango that the l
head ights and dome lights, alarm system won't
work I change the cables new I clean the hold
engine department.and it still not work but if I
disconnected the cables f r om the battery all
works  I check all the fuses  but not the relays I
can't figure out how to check if they r good or not
any answers how to get it to work again.

check the new cables are red positive to positive plus ++++ on the battery and negative ---- is correct
