2012 infiniti qx56 is in lock mode,how do i unlock doors?

had to get battery jumped off and now locked out,keyfob or manual key wont unlock doors,how do i unlock doors?And is there a way i can charge vehicle battery without opening hood?

The jump likely blew the master fuse under the hood, so none of those functions are going to work. You need to get the hood open to access the fuse box. I suggest you call a mobile mechanic; maybe one from the dealer as he'd be the most familiar with how to get the hood open. Until you get to the fuse box, charging the battery isn't going to get you anywhere.

This will have also activated the security system so a dealer will need to get involved. Most likely will need it towed there and make sure all the keys are with the vehicle.
