The OEM plastic lock cap fell off and I cannot seem to get it back on. Does
anyone know how? There does not seem to be any glue or tape residue
inside the cap or on the lock.

Sometimes the driver door lock won't unlock when key is turned off. Others doors unlock. Also, sometimes the driver door won't unlock from the key fob. Any suggestions?
