Sounds like somethings grounding out somewhere

My Dodge Dakota (2002) does this. I tracked it to the module on the lower drivers side panel, near the door. Every time something comes on (like the door ajar) my headlamps would flash. They also flash whenever I get the low fuel warning. It does sound like a ground problem but it is in this module. Motorola Part Number 2JTH2677AD or Chrysler Number P56049072AG.

I had to replace the main computer 4 months ago. This issue is resolved.

Did you replace the CTM module or the main computer as you stated? I am having similar problem and have traced it to the CTM. Did you try replacing the CTM first if it was the main computer?
