If your code scanner is communicating okay with the PCM and there are really no stored codes, then you will have to diagnosis it the old fashioned way. Check for spark and fuel, and go from there. One has to be missing for it to not fire up. Listen for fuel pump to prime up on start up. Test for pressure. Make sure you have not tripped the fuel pump inertia switch if it has one.

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Check fuel injector pulse, engine cranking. Can you communicate with pcm? You may have to check crank and cam sensors. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. I can only help with testing.
