I found a cord hanging below my engine

I have an orange three prong female connector cord hanging below my vehicle. It looks
like it has been there for a little while as there is some wear from rubbing. I have had no
check engine indications or vehicle performance issues. I also have no idea where the
cord plugs into. Can anyone tell me what this cord is from and where it belongs? It would
be greatly appreciated.

hummm... eveyrthing working ok.. only thing i can think of is a engine /water heater..wheres the other end going to? is it hot/live 12 volts???
Does the A/C and all accessories function properly. I suppose it could be a block heater cord, but it should have a 3 prong plug like that plugs into a wall outlet in your home. Maybe part of it is missing.
I found it....That is a block heater connector, but it is the end that connects to the block heater itself. There should be a 3 prong 110v plug on the other end of that wire. Do a Google for Santa Fe block heaters and look at the pictures that come up.
Hi I do have a Hyundai Tucson 2015 I cannot found my winter heater plug ? Do you think they didn’t put one ?
