04 Ford Explorer, Starts, Hard Idle then stalls

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer. Recently the check engine light came on and I
noticed it was idling rough, and occasionally stalling while driving or stopped
at a light. Code showed a bad fuel rail sensor. Replaced that. Then stalling
while driving and lights stopped, but now it has issues starting. The engine
will turn over just fine, then it's like it isn't getting fuel, idles really rough
*sometimes the whole card shakes, and then stalls. This will go on for a
couple of minutes, and then it will fire right up, and drives just fine. We have
since changed plugs, fuel filters, and cleaned the MAF sensor. It also doesn't
have the check engine light on but is throwing a low on bank 1 & 2. Please
help!

Coid it be the AIC UNITSENSOR CAUSE I HAVE THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE SAME OBD2 CODE OF [PO193] AND[PO193%?
