Where can I find tailgate trim?

Do they make a black trim that fits around the sides
of the tailgate to protect it from damage?

Will door edge trim stay on the tailgate? Do they not make a trim specifically for a tailgate?

There are lots and lots of different edge trim. Check out all the types on Amazon. I think some slip on but there are probably adhesive types too.
