Trouble after battery install

I have a dodge intrepid 2004. I had a new
battery put in it. I now have no dome lights no
door locks no radio. My key fob isn't working.
Battery light keeps going off and on. I see some
say it's #27 fuse in a Ford what one would it be
in an Dodge intrepid.

No I wasn't having the trouble before but some tests it would start and sometimes it would act like it was going to start and then stop and start clicking ......I took it to farm and fleet and they put the battery in. But when I came out to get in the key fob wouldn't work and all the other things.....then on the way home battery light came on .....when I got home shut it off and restarted it battery light was not on ....I drove a little way and it came back on ....???
