Why is my truck pulling so hard?

I have a 2012 ram 1500 bighorn, I recently bought a
camper it pulled fine the first few times I pulled it
but then it started pulling really hard.  Why would
that be?

Is it electric brakes on camper and on? Hub Bearings good on it and greased recently? Have somebody follow you to see if its tracking straight, check your trailer suspension springs, connection points, shackles ect, for anything broke or worn out, or bad tires, low tires, out of balance wheels & tires. Try pulling it in drive not over-drive. Does truck give you any problems pulling other equipment, try and see, may be the truck? Sometimes issues with drive train do not show up early unless your working it out pulling something heavy.
