Is it a carburetor or fuel pump or motor blown out

My 2004 dodge durango 5.7 used to run hot
but I bought the radiator and water pump an
plugs after that it didnt run hot but i noticed
another problem it'll crank up but won't stay
running. Recently I just drove it from a shop
they didn't know what was wrong with it
because they haven't looked at it I drove it
home it runs fine till i take my feet off the
gas pedal an it dies. So what do that mean?
