How can I review a dealer after the listing has been removed?

How can a submit a review about dealers that have removed their bogus
listings?  CarGuru makes you wait a day to review but the fake listings were
removed before my day was up.

once sold , in a few days it may be removed , if longer wait, it becomes what you call bogus like pseudo money machine
