05 Accord Break Light not engaging

Hi everyone,

So im really stumped. My wifes break lights on her accord
have not been working for some time now. I have replaced
the lights, the fuse (20a horn + stop, not sure if there are
others) and tonight I have replaced the brake switch under
the pedal with no luck still. I know the switch works,
because I can hear the lock disengage for the shifter when
the car is in park and I press the pedal. Is there anything
else I could be overlooking?
