Honda 2005 Accord EX-N No comuter voice and no A/C fan

I got in my car today and the A/C fan did not repond, the touch screen would light up but I could not get the fan to engage.  I then tried the voice commands and that system seems to be down as well.  I can change radio stations by voice and the other controls respond but the "car" does not answer me as well.  I believe the two problems to be connected.

Thanks...I have the opposite problem, the buttons work but my voice command system stopped and though the A/C shows the proper buttons lighting up I have no fan or AC response.
