2004 honda accord ex 2.4 how to fix timing chain jump

I have a 04 honda accord 2.4 ex I did timing
chain replacement and according to me I did
everything by the book,obviously not cus it
looks like it jump 1or 2teeth,after install chain
tensioner and harmonic balancer one thing I
did not do was to rotate engine by hand so I
try to star the engine and weird noise the
noise of no compression,so I hear the way to
fix the problem is to remove cams and re
aline cams pls help.

You need to find out if you have an interference engine. If you do, the valves are bent and, in my opinion, it's not worth fixing. You'll need, at that point, to remove the head and have it rebuilt by a reputable machine shop. Or by a replacement head. Jim
