Is head gasket blown

Someone hit my car had to get a new radiator car
crunk after radiator was changed ran out of gas
put gas in it a d it won't crank back up

Not likely the head gasket. It's more likely after running out of gas, your fuel pump is burned out or clogged, or even possibly blown injectors.
