I have a 2004 Chevy Astro van and it will not crank. I have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. I do not have pressure at the fuel rail. what should I try next?

I've checked the fuse and the fuel pump will run, but I don't have pressure at the fuel rail. I'll check for broken wire. Thanks

I ran the fuel pump and it ran gas through a clear line into a gas can. There was not much pressure though.
