window problem 2005 dodge durango

rear driver side window wont go up or down from master or door switch - is
there a separate fuse foe each door?

No, take the door panel off to get to the motor, unplug the motor and put a test light between the 2 wires turn the ignition on and try the switches if the test light comes on when you move the switch the motor is bad, if the light doesn't come on, check the wiring in the door jamb hinge area the wiring likes to break there, next check the master switch, you can find a wiring diagram on line that will help you jumper the switch also check the wiring in the door jamb of the drivers door.
