Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok so having problems with 04 exploror V8 car turned off
on me while in park and wouldnt start back up. I was told to
check fuses and relays as well as alternator and battery as
well as starter. I checked everything only noticed a blown
15 fuse for pcm. Switched it out car still wont start went
under the car to check starter which we had replaced a few
months back. Used the screw driver to trip relay got spark
and heard the starter spinning but it didnt crank the car or
start. So my question is do you think its the starter because
it spins but doesnt engage the car ?
