Hard Top Convertible

The hard top on my 2012 Chrysler 200 will go down, but not back up. The
dealership says it needs a "pin release" cable. The bad news...they told me
Chrysler stopped making the part in 2017 and they can't find the part anywhere!
What other options do I have?

I would think the cable could be repaired or a new one fabricated. Try Ebay for parts and see what you find.

I would think so as well, but the dealership said it can't be repaired and no one can fabricate one...

Dealers will not go out of their way to do any repair. Try a top shop or an independent mechanic.
