2004 ford escape battery dies

Asked by Brooke Feb 07, 2017 at 11:16 PM about the 2004 Ford Escape XLT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2004 battery keeps dying and won't hold a
charge. So we replaced the alternator, the
tensioner pulley and belt, checked fuses and
battery cables and bought a new battery. And the
car was dead within the day..we've seemed to have
tried everything and can't figure it out. Please help.
