Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a used 2012 Dodge Journey. I was only given one key fob. I bought a
key fob from Amazon. I own a scan tool that will program it. I just need the 4
digit pin, please.

You need to visit your local Dodge dealer in person with proof of ownership for them to give you the PIN. Check in with the parts department manager. Most dealers will not give you a PIN on the phone. Some dealers might bulk as they can only give out 5 PINS per day, just keep on them and explain that you want to program a new fob. The site they use is dealer connect to pull the PIN code. Hope this information helps in you getting it.

Check the stock fob. The pin was imprinted in the base on mine.
