How to start car?pcm

hello, I had to redo some wiring due to someone
cutting them. When I put key in and the dtc says skim
secret  key not stored in pmc. What do I do. Don't have
much money to go to auto repair.????

Are you trying another key? You have to program the transponder key to the car, which requires special equipment. You said you are redoing wiring, without a full detailed description, it is hard to help.
