Durango wont' shift our of first gear

My wife's 2006 2WD automatic durango will not come out of 1st gear until the
engine warms up.  Usually takes about a mile or so.  Never did this until I had
to get a new radiator couple weeks ago.  Now does it all the time.  Will noteven
attempt to shift, just revs high goes on in first.  Once engine warms, shifts and
runs great.
