2011 Jetta radio going black on one minute and then completely off the next

2011 Jetta radio going black.  Checked all fuses
and they were all fine.  It looks to me this is quite a
trend for a Volkswagen owners .
I plan on filing my complaint tomorrow before taking
it into service department San Diego California

Has anyone had there radio just going black and not working anymore ? I've been reading the other blogs but they are from two and three years ago . I could sure use some help . Thank you very much
