please help

I have no brake lights or blinkers or hazards.
but the reverse lights come on and the regular lights
I bought a fuse tester and new fuses.i have replaced them and the new fuses are not working could it be a wiring problem?

Did you check or put in new bulbs? The bulbs may be burnt out.
