Why cant I post an ad?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have attempted to post my car eight (8) times and nothing happens.  I have
called and emailed and still unable to post.  The IT department says wait a few
days and try again.  I waited 6 days and all it does is take my money and will
not post my car.  I want an answer to what is going on? How can I post my car
and get it on line?
