Launching small hp fwd. Worried about clutch

I am trying to teach my gf how to drive stick.
In order to show her what happens if you
drop the clutch at high rpm (3000-4000) I
need to launch the car. But, the clutch is
stock and already 10 years in use. Will I do
significant damage to it if I launch it just
once?

I cannot say if you will do any damage or not. This is not a good car to try and do burn outs in.
