Every car dealer on the planet will sell you a new car, and all will be more than happy to take your money to option it up. I strongly advise you not to buy a new car as your first, I absolutely guarantee that you will be involved in 1 or more collisions in the first 2 years of driving. Get one that is cheaper to buy and fix, then save the money you didn't spend and get a better car in 2 years
