can I return or switch car if I don't like it

The car I bought and had delivered does not have a working air conditioner and the  only key remote we got is broken and held together by tape.

Good luck with that. Read the purchase agreement! Very few dealers allow returns under any circumstances. Ask them for their policy before you buy.
