change timing belt now car dosent stat

If it was running prior to the repair and you did this repair yourself, it is quite possible that you did not get the cam timing correct. Running a compression test may determine if it is in time. Note, if this is and interference engine, turning it over with the cam timing not correct can bend valves. Do at your own risk.
