rear passenger tier lock up

So I have an chrysler lhs 1999 and recently my
front brake went  like metal on metal so I order
brakes and roters for the front and the back while I
was waiting for them to come I couldn't take the
sound of the metal on metal sound so I decided to
use my E.brake and it was going good for me then
I used it againg then I herd a thunk and my tier
started screech a little  bit so I reverted to using
the baking brakes but while I was driving it was
sounding like the back rakes was on grinding
against it I was good for bout 4 hours on the way
back home it locked on me and  all the other tiers
moved except that back passenger tier I had to
park it and leave it now I'm waiting for my brakes
and roters to come do you thin in it will un lock
when I put the new roters and breaks on or is it
something major.....PLEAS HELP ME OUT

It will unlock, just need to take everything apart and check for any damage on the emergency brake system
