Spark plugs

Coming up on the 100,000 mark what would be the best replacement sparkplugs or
just stay with the factory plugs which I believe is Delco. Would I see better
performance if I use double Platinum plugs

If you are changing your plugs for the first time at 100,000m then you are obviously not extremely concerned with performance. Double platinum isn't going to do anything better for you. Check out some Denso Platinums or NGK and you will be just fine.
copper gives the best performance but the shortest life. just get a set of platinum plugs plugs from ngk and be done with it for another 100,000. might want to think about doing plug wires as well while youre at it.

Except there are no plug wires on a 2004 SRX V8 - 4.6L AWD. Direct connect to independent ignition coils. To change plugs...remove coil covers, remove coil, one at a time and to make it even easier...remove the stainless steel coil rail for really easy access to plugs. Make sure holes are clean before you remove plugs, I do them at home with a tire pump...works great. Plug gap is .040 and tighten to 11 ft/lbs tourque.

Should have added...stick to OEM Ac Delco plugs....ECM isn't fond of aftermarket and can send a false positive on a misfire.

I’m at 134889 on my 2012 SRX Got it at 42000 miles and it’s my second Cadillac the 2007 SRX was great too but today I experienced the same for the first time so that same issue I was terrified I keep up maintenance so I’m figuring another tuneup I’m surfing to figure out what’s going on with it how much and everything which I been doing for years now I just wish I could change it myself unfortunately as a woman I don’t have the tools
