I had the car for about 5 days but now when I press the
gas the car doesn't move and I don't know what's wrong
it's my first car.

Do you have it in drive? Does the transmission make any noise when going into gear? It sounds like it is transmission-related, but it's hard to say exactly what it is with the info provided.

Yes it happens in drive and also reverse and I'm sorry but I'm not exactly sure what it sounds like but I think I did hear something and the Rpms goes up but nothing happens after that

I'm going to agree with Tom on this one, though I'll note I'm leaning towards a transmission issue. Definitely going to need to have it towed to a mechanic.
