What do I have to pay if I don't sell the car and close the ad?

What do I have to pay if I don't sell the car and close the ad?? I have tried to
pull up my ad that I paid extra for the upgrade ad, and when I go in to search
for the car as a customer, it never comes up!  All I see is dealership cars.  This
website is very confusing to me.  I am not pleased with the listing and not being
able to find it, even putting in specific options.
