nissan sentra 2009 voice recognition command can't hear me

Asked by bibicoucoune Sep 06, 2019 at 02:41 PM about the 2009 Nissan Sentra FE+ 2.0 SL

Question type: General

Hi, i bought it from a dealer. There is no button on the radio panel to access
Bluethoot. The only way to access Bluethoot (from what i understrand) is to
use the button on the steering wheel of the car...

When i do press the button it is asking me to say a command or say help.
She (the machine) can't hear me, she keep on repeating that i have to say a
command or hel and after 3 times she repeat then it stop.

i knew the car had a couple of things to be repaired but i was noté I tried
many things on the car except the Bluethoot. I forgot.

I went back to the dealer, he can't help mem doesn't know and suggest i go
to Nissan directly. Nissan is asking 115$ + tx just to do take a look at it.

Coming here to see if someone had experience the same problem...
Thank you

Hi, its a D class, no garanty. I did an inspection but Bluetooth was not a part of it and i thought there was no problem with it...

When i use an Aux wire from the radio through my phone, people can hear so i am think the microphone is working ? But a friend told me if they can hear me, it does not come form the microphone but from my phone directly. ?
