The car hesitates and it takes 2 seconds to move after pushing the gas

So the jeep get about 140,000 miles . It was driving fine , the RPM was little not steady ,
So time for some tune up , i used 2 seafoam in the gas tank back to back , then i change
the spark plugs , air filter , the oil , it drive great for a week , then the car start to hesitates
while driving and sometimes it take couple of seconds to move after pressing the gas , so
any ideas why is this happening ?

How to check the TPS ? And make sure its working good ?

When you press on the gas, vehicle start to slowly move, then it jerks and takes off. The governor pressure sensor and transducer need to be replaced. Its taking off in (limp in) mode. Then it come out of limp in and shifts normally. Ive seen a bunch of these.....

I was talking hypothetically, If you are responding to me, I'm trying to help as well..lol If it is governor issues it doesn't always set a code.

What about the same thing on a 2016 or 17 grand Cherokee
