why is my strut leaning at the top plate

other side looks more centered and the wheel bearing is pretty loud on this side could it be caused by wheel bearing when hit throttle hard car pulls to the left

The factory strut mounts will corrode and break causing the strut to lean inward. Both struts and mounts should be replaced at the same time.
