I was driving all of a sudden my car shut off the steering wheel locked the brake was hard to push i had to throw the car in park but the lights the radio and everything was still on. Whats wrong?

I changed the spark plugs and boots.
I did a oil change and had a jump but
it turns over but wont crank. When i
try to start the car it makes a clicking
noise like sonething is trying to catch
but it fails.

I was not at a shop and the battery was in good condition.

It could be your ignition my sons car did that because it was bad not sending enough power to run the car fairly easy to change.
